If you are not a regular pinner, Pinterest is a website where users can share images and media. Inside of just liking and sharing content, users can pin media onto different pin boards, arranged perhaps by theme or content. These pins then usually link back to a website to find out the full article and they have an app for mobile devices which allows pinning on the go. You can also follow different boards and users or create your own.
